HARIBO Manufacturing Facility

Project Summary

Completed in 2023, the project was composed of a main production facility that contains a three-story production space, a three-story central building, a one-story boiler house/workshop, and a two-story administration building. The administration building includes offices, conference rooms, a high-end lobby, a café and large locker rooms. Two four-story wings flank the production space which includes mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, break rooms and toilet rooms for the production space.. The 136-acre campus also includes an 88,000 SF warehouse, a passarella (or walkway between buildings), a utility building, a wastewater building, and a gatehouse. The production building, which has a peak height of 95’-9” tall, is visible off Interstate 94 on the west side of the highway in Pleasant Prairie, WI.
