    HARIBO Manufacturing Facility

    Pieper Power provided electrical construction services for HARIBO’s first North American manufacturing facility in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The 136-acre campus includes a three-story production space, three-story central building, one-story boiler house and workshop, two-story administration building.

    Bakke Recreation and Wellbeing Center

    Completed in 2022, the new Bakke Recreation & Wellbeing Center at the University of Wisconsin-Madison addresses the current and future recreation, fitness and wellness needs of their campus. The facility provides the UW-Madison community an experience unique to the University, fully taking advantage of its natural surroundings.

    Usona Institute

    New 91,548 square foot research facility campus, serving as a global center in psychedelic research to bridge training and education across clinical research, academic discovery, and practices to develop models for future approved therapies.

    A 2.3-acre public plaza, three buildings activated by retail and entertainment tenants, and an all-seasons beer garden with semi-covered canopy structure.

    Northwestern Mutual Towers & Commons

    Pieper Power completed the interior electrical build-out of this 32-story, 1.1-million-square-foot glass office tower in downtown Milwaukee. Designed to foster innovation and collaboration, the workplace accommodates 1,100 employees and has capacity for 1,900 more by 2030.

    The Madison Club

    Pieper Power provided electrical construction services for the renovation of the 40,000-square-foot third floor at Madison, Wisconsin’s oldest private club and fine-dining restaurant. The renovation included three meeting rooms and two dining areas that were completely gutted and remodeled, creating modern spaces that honor the club’s history while meeting the evolving needs of its members.
