Project Summary

10,885 square foot remodel of 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor. Downtown Madison location that overlooks The Overture Center, The Capitol and State Street. The remodel of the floors allowed for many onsite engineering opportunities, as well as the many custom finishes and fixtures throughout.

34 pendant lights were hung in the café creating a unique focal point and fun challenge for installment.
