Project Summary

Completed in October 2018, the 2,500-capacity live concert venue was designed to create an intimate experience for the entire crowd to see some of the largest musical acts in the country. It was built with accessibility in mind, ensuring smooth set-up and tear-down of shows and enticing musical acts with its convenience.

The space is intended to be standing room only, with large, open general admission areas, all with a good view to the stage. There are bars for refreshments on the first and second floors. The venue also has a third deck, housing VIP suites that include seating and mingling areas and a private third-floor bar.

Pieper Electric’s scope included ETC Lighting controls, lighting, power, fire alarm, voice & data, AV rough and clean power.

The Sylvee, Frank Productions’ newest music venue, is located in the Gebhardt Building—a multi-story, mixed-use development in Madison’s East Washington Avenue corridor.
